Local Home Assist service area
Home Assist is available only to eligible properties within approximately 60 minutes' normal driving time of our S42 7ES Chesterfield-area base. We verify the property postcode before opening payment. If we cannot confirm the address is within the service area, no Home Assist payment is taken.
Parts, materials, high-level access, emergency work and regulated or specialist trades are quoted separately.

Residence Concierge
Own a second home or spend long periods away? Scheduled inspections, arrival preparation, contractor coordination and documented property care for second homes and frequently unoccupied residences.
Fixed monthly fees include the scheduled service described. Materials, specialist contractors and additional instructed work are charged separately. Residence Concierge is assessment-led: wider UK locations may be considered individually where the service value and travel requirements are viable. Property eligibility, travel arrangements and final service acceptance are confirmed following the baseline assessment.

Property Care Planning Balance Benefit — terms
- • A Project Guru account is required to receive the Planning Balance benefit.
- • The Property Care membership must be linked to and verified against a Project Guru account.
- • Planning Balance benefits apply only while the Property Care membership is active.
- • Bronze receives £4.99 Planning Balance per eligible active month; Silver receives £9.98; Gold receives £14.97.
- • One monthly allowance per membership billing period — no duplicate awards.
- • Promotional Planning Balance has no cash value, is not electronic money and cannot be transferred between users.
- • Cancelling or pausing Property Care stops future monthly allowances.
- • Normal Project Guru Terms & Conditions apply.
- • Property Care itself remains subject to its separate service agreement.
- • Property and service eligibility applies; an administrator may exclude a membership.
- • This Planning Balance is a member benefit, not a cash rebate.
- • Your statutory rights are unaffected.
